This class is a great combination of lifting and calorie burning with an emphasis on technique and form. Each athlete will be brought through a warm-up of the muscle group being worked on that class.
Half of the class will be focused on Olympic lifting, isolated lifts, and body weight resistance training. This will be followed by a heart-pounding METCON, where you will be increasing your metabolism while challenging your inner athlete.
